Overall, the consumption of cheese and yogurt increased in the given period, whereas the sale of fully fat ice cream and low- ice cream felt.
In 1970, average each person ate around 7. 5 pounds of cheese and 0. 5 pounds of yoghurt. During the first sixteen years the consumption of both products gradually went up, however, in 1987 the amount of eaten cheese moderately dropped from 1987 to 1989 (respectively 16. 5 to 16 pounds per person). After that, the consumption of both products steadily rose until 2010, cheese to around 22. 5 pounds per person and yoghurt to below 9. 5.
In 1970 the consumption of low – fat ice cream was around 4. 9 pounds per person. This value was stable until 2000, when it started to drop slightly to around 4. 8 pounds per person to 2010. The sale of the full-fat ice cream was the highest in the 1970 with above 11 pounds per person. It insignificantly fluctuated in the presented period of time, but it gradually decreased from 11 to 10 pounds per person between 1985 to 1989. It reached its lowest point in 2010 around 8 pounds per person.
