The graph illustrates the utilization of different kinds of meat such Lamb, Beef and Chicken and Fish in European nation from 1979 to 2004. Overall, the most striking features of the graph is that, the consumption of chicken can be observed in increasing trend whereas the use of Fish, Lamb and Beef. Looking at the details, Chicken was consumed less than 150 grams in 1979 which has been raised to 250 grams in 2004. The utilization of Beef was slightly more than 200 grams that observed gradual decrease in the consumption to 100 grans between 1979 and 2004. Considering the other factors, in 1979, around 150 grams of Lamb was eaten by an individual decline to less than 100 grams in 2004. Moreover, the feasting of fish reained constant throughout the period.
