The line graph represents changes in food consumption for Chinese people between 1985 to 2010. The measurement gave in grams per person. Overall, it is seen clearly from the given line chart. The fish was at the highest in consumption during the given time. The meat was at the least position throughout the period. The consumption rate of fish was at 600 gm in 1985, which fluctuated between 600 gm and 700 gm in the next ten years then it started an upward trend throughout 15 years. It was at over 800gm in 2010, which was at the top position in this list. The consumption number for salt and meat were at 490gm and 80gm per person respectively by Chinese people in 1985, the rate of salt declined to 200gm over 25 years duration. On the other hand, the number of meat started to move positively from 1985 to 2010. It increased to 200gm per person in 2010, which was the same as salt in China.
