The line chart indicates the average proportion of people in the UK who use car, bus and train for transportaion in one day since 1970 to present. The chart also estimates these figures for the near future. Overall, it is clear that the majority of vehicles that people uses is private car. Bus also made up a significant proportion in the past but it has started to decline, whereas less people used train in the past, however it seems to experience a high growth regards to the forcast. In 1970, almost 6 millions people used car for their transporation between 1970-1980. After that this figure climbed up to around 7 millions in 2000 and gradually increased to approximately 7. 5-8 million in 2020. Moreover, it could be reach to 9 million people in 2030 given to the estimation. Bus was the second vehicles which was used with around 4 to 4. 5 millions people. Having said that it constantly decrease every year including in the next ten year of the forcast. By the end of 2030, they expect to see just only 3 million comuters still use train. Lastly, train was the least popular travelling way for commuters, there are under 3 million commuters used it. Nevertheless, the numbers were grown but with a slowly pace before faced with a sharply raise in 2010 and might be over 5 millions people in 2030
