This graph illustrates the percentage of radio and television audiences who listen and watch them on a day in 1992, in UK. According to this graph, it's clear that the television viewer percentage reached the highest point during the times of evening and night, at nearly 50%. On the other side, the proportion of audiences of radio had risen to about 28%, which is the highest rating of radio audience throughout a day, at 8 a. m. In addition, when we compared to the highest rates of both television and radio audiences, nearly 50% and about 28% respectively, we can see a big disparity between them. Although many people listen to the radio in the morning, the percentage of audience slipped back slightly after 8 a. m. Before the period between 6 p. m. and 10 p. m. , the viewer figures of television fluctuated inconsistently. Moreover, after about 10: 30 p. m. , the television viewer figures declined at nearly 0%. By regarding this graph, we can see that many people listen to the radio in the morning but watch television in the evening.
