The bar Graph compares the actual percentage of buses reaching on time and the target set by company and second bar graph illustrate I'm by of complaints per 1000 passenger journeys. Overall, it can be seen the maximum proportion of buses arriving on time. While the number of complaints were increased in 2002. Looking at the graph for more detail, the actual percentage of buses reaching on the time around 83% in 1990. After that next 7 years the percentage fluctuated and the last year 2002 the percentage peaked and reached almost 86%. Whereas the percentage of target set was 84% in 1990. The percentage of target set by company remained same in next 7 years. The number of complaints per 1000 passenger journeys was 60% in 1990 and 1996. While the complaints were in yang reached 120 thousand in 2002.
