Some of the most remarkable features are the development of accommodations and the establishment of new facilities. Looking at the diagrams in more detail, to the North of Olive Drive, the accommodation areas witnessed a significant change. After a 30-year scale, the number of houses in 2010 was twice as many as that at the beginning of research time. Besides, a new school was erected near this area, connecting directly to the area by vehicle tracks. A further development was recorded in the South of Olive Drive. The most significant difference was the addition of the shopping center and the supermarket on the original site of the shopping complex. Simultaneously, the community center was narrowed to make way for the bank relocated behind this building.
