It is clear from the chart that there was a dramatic change in the number of houses in Newtown. Especially, the number of houses in Fakletown rapidly increased from 1900 to 1990. In 1900 the amount of houses in Newtown was 50, while there were 60 houses were built in 1910. The quantities of house in 1920 was 20, compared to 80 houses in 1950. From 1960 to 1990, there was a slowdown in the growth of the number of houses in Newtown and then there was a dramatic increase of 15 to 270 in the figure of houses. There was a rapid increase in the number of house from 1900 to 1990 in Fakletown. The quantities of house in Fakletown from 1900 to 1910 was 40 and 43 respectively. From 1910 to 1920, Fakletown saw a significant rise of 43 to 118 in the number of house built. The number of houses in Fakletown from 1930 to 1970 still remain. In 1990, the amount of houses built in Fakletown increased significantly by 110 to 345 and reach the highest point in the chart.
