The picture shows the development that took place in Station Street in two given period which is 1996 and the present. Overalls, the most noticeable difference is all the recreational amenities in 1996 are now converted into a supermarket and being reconstructed, others facilities in Station Street remained unchanged over the years. The pharmacy that situated on the top left side of the street in 1996 are now being reconstructed to parking in the present day. Similarly, next to the pharmacy there used to be numerous amenities such as butcher, dvd rental store, bookstore and lastly toy were being demolished. Those facilities were being reopened as supermarket in the present. On North- Eastern, where dry fish and chip shop located was replaced by the cafe. Furthermore, the grocery which was opposite to the pharmacy in the year 1996 was now being converted into a hotel. Another change that took place in Station Street was the public telephones next to the grocery was removed to make place for the expansion of the raillway station. On the contratory, the railway station and dry-cleaner’s remained unchanged in regard to its location and size.
