Overall, the diagram consists of nine separated steps, which can be subdivided into 2 main stages The first stage commences when after-used bottles are disposed into the bins marked by recycling label. Subsequently, these bottles are transported by special trucks to recycling center where staffs manually classify bottles qualified for recycling process before being compressed into cubic blocks. Then, industrial a crusher is employed to crush bottles to small pieces. Debris are then washed to eradicate unwanted particles. This step also marks the end of stage one. Turning to the second stage, washed debris are fed into a special machine to generate plastic pallets. The plastic pallets then need to be warmed up in order to form plastic-based raw material. Lastly, a wide range of finished products are manufactured namely T-shirt, recycled bags, water bottles or pencils. These products, in turn, when approach the end of using process will be taken for their next life circle. In another words, the process keeps repeating itself.
