Overall, it is obvious that a simple outdoor filling and storage system requires more steps to filter water than the cross section one. The outcome of both systems is clean water and this will be used by households or other purposes. The first system is a 200ml metal container which has three sections in total. At first, dirty water goes straight into the sand section from the inlet. Dirty water is filtered by going through the sand filter, then a stone layer and finally gets through the pipe holes. After passing three layers of the purifier, clean water comes out by an outlet pipe. Compared to 200 L metal container, the second filter has more steps. First, untreated water is kept in a container with a tap and then it is sent to the other container full of sand to filter. After that, clean water flows to the storage before being utilized by the households.
