After that, it is given to the company to process in a metal grid and placed on a roller. When this stage is done, the clay is mixed with sand and water. Next, it is cut by wire cutter or mold and becomes bricks. After going through 3 steps, they are transferred into a drying oven for about 24-48 hours. Following this, they are given into a kiln with temperature from 200 degree - 980 degree and high temperature from about 870- 1300 degree, respectively. The next step is cooling the chamber for 48-72 hours. Finally, the finished products are packaged and delivered for the shops and customers.
