The given bar graph demonstrates the figures for undergraduates of a UK university who finished, failed, and rewrote their dissertations in 1999, 2000, and 2010. As can be seen from the chart, it is clearly evident that the university experienced a decrease in the failure rate and a significantly higher number of completed on-time projects in each of the years. In 1990, a total of 150 students finished their projects on time, and then this figure climbed to 300 in 2010. Likewise, there was a similar upturn of 30 in the students' late-finished dissertation, standing at 50 in 2010. A different trend could be seen in the number of dissertations that failed to be written. This number registered a steady drop throughout the studied period from nearly 50 in 1990 to around 10. Finally, the proportion of the revised dissertations fluctuated with a steep increase and a slight decline, about 20 and 10.
