The given bar chart illustrates an opinion survey about the factors as to why people choose to get educated, while the pie graph portrays how adults consider the expenses of academic should be funded. Overall, there are several factors for adults choosing to study, with the most popular being interest in subject and gaining qualifications. Additionally, individual funding has got the biggest support in the context of how the educational costs should be shared. According to the bar chart, the interest in subject is the most common option for adults to choose studying, as 40% of respondents picked it up. Closely following, 38% of adults believe that gaining qualification is a reason for further education. Nearly the same percentage of people voted for such factors as helpful for current job, to improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning or studying, with 22%, 20% and 20% respectively. On the contrary, the least supported reasons were to meet people, as only 9% of respondents chose it, and to be able to change job, which selected 12% of adults. With regards to courses funding, 40% of people suppose that they should be shared individually. However, 35% think that employers should take the responsibility and pay for the adults taking courses, whilst one quarter of poll participants voted for taxpayer’s money as an option.
