Turning to the small business and medium business, the figure in 2016 was the highest around 48% and 52% respectively. In 2012, the figure for small businesses was around 28%, and increased to 30% in 2013 and raised to 35% in 2014 before coming back to 30% in 2015. On the contrary, the figure in medium businesses started in 2012 with 31%. In 2013 and 2014, the figure increased to 46% and 48% respectively.
