This bar chart illustrates about how employees’ education levels had made an alternative of the ALC Company from the year 1991, 1996 and 2000. There are 4 kinds of levels (Secondary, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph. D. ). Overall, the numbers were fairly fluctuating. Initially, the highest number was Secondary, presenting 60 of employees in 1991, 33 of employees in 1996, and 19 of employees in 2000. Likewise, the second highest number was Bachelor’s degree, with the number of 20 employees in 1991, 43 in 1996, and 33 in 2000. Moreover, people who graduated from high school in 1991 were employed half more than in 1996 and 2000. Surprisingly, Bachelor’s degree employment was considerably dropped to 20, and escalated to 43, which indicated that in 1996, people who graduated a Bachelor’s degree were employed lower than in 1991 and 2000. Furthermore, an overall number of Master’s degree and Ph. D. employment in each year were continuously decreased. The second lowest was Master’s degree, making 2 employees in 1991, rising to 5 employees in 1996, and significantly climbed to 25 employees in 2000. Last but not least, the lowest was Doctor of Philosophy level, with a cipher of employee in 1991, jumped consistently to 1 employee, and escalated continuously to 5 employees. In addition, Master’s degree employment in 2000 had the highest from all, and 1996 to 1991 respectively. Ph. D. in 2000, as well, it was the highest, following by 1996 and 1991. On the whole, this bar chart depicts an employment of the ACL Company, focusing on educational background.
