The charts illustrate how much average prices residents in England and its capital- London paid for their houses between 1995 and 2013 as well as comparing the average house prices in other areas of England in 2013. In general, there were bigger and bigger differences in the average house price in London and that in England from 1995 to 2013. In terms of these in other areas of England, the average house cost in London was the most expensive, whereas, the opposite was evidently true for that of North East. Regarding London, a significant growth in the average house cost that people had to pay was witnessed from 200000£ to above 400000£. In the second chart, the figure of London was exactly 400000£, which is the highest. The ranking of the data of South East, South West, North West were 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively, which ranged from about 320000£ to 200000£. This figure of Midlands and North East, which were the lowest in this chart, were 120000£ for the former and 100000£ for the latter.
