The diagrams define the stages and equipments used in making of cement and how cement is used to produce concrete. Let's talk about procedure for making cement. First, limestone and clay are crushed by crusher and change it into powder form, then this powder is passed through mixer, now both products are mixed well and this mixture further passed into rotating heater, constant heat is supply to heater so that material into it acquire the heat properly. Now the mixture that is present in rotating heater is transfer to Grinder where we get the cement as a product. Furthermore, the cement is packed in bags. Now coming to the concrete production, in this process Cement, water, sand and gravel (small stones) are used approximately 15%, 10%, 25% and 50% respectively. These mixtures are poured in the equipment known as concrete mixture for mixing well. Overall, in making of cement, limestone and clay are the two main products that are passed by various equipments and for making the concrete production, cement is mixed with sand, water and Gravel. Gravel is also known as small stones is main material for concrete production.
