The diagrams depict various phases in which crusher, mixer, rotating heater, and grinder are used for cement manufacturing, along with the process of concrete making manufacturing by mixing cement and other 3 materials. Firstly, the cement production begins when limestone and clay are poured into the crusher machine, and compressed into a fine powder. This powder passes through a mixer where it perfectly mixes up, Thereafter it is further sent toward the rotating heater and heat is given to this mixture (or the mixture is heated). Finally, it goes is fed into the grinder machine, where this mixture is grinded and converted into cement, which is packed into bags In concrete production, firstly, 15 percent cement, 10 percent water, fourth part of the sand, and small stones around half of the total mixture are used and these are poured into the concrete mixer machine.
