These diagrams shows machine made to make energy from waves and its location. It is clear from the graph that it is a little complicated. According to what is shown, it seems that waves are going inside the machine and the water levels rise. Then, the air flow will move the turbine that are connected with an electricity generator. And finally air flow go outside from the top. While, if want put this machine in large waves place you will need high installion cost but it gives you high output. On the contracy, if you install it in small waves place, you will need less money but it will gives you low output. To sum up, we could say that it is actually a machine and we see that if you want high output you nee to pay a lot. But if you can deal with low output, then, you will need less money to pay.
