The air flow from down chamber outs from high exit and out one from up gets to another chamber. Then thanks to the air flowing from lower chamber the turbine starts to spin. Finally, when turbine is spinning the elecricity generation starts to work.

It is clearly demonstrates that small waves with low output produce smaller wave energy than large one with high output.
