The diagrams below show the design for a wave-energy machine and its location. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram depicts a wave-energy machine. It is also known as the hydro power. As we can see from the diagram, it works on the wave energy of the water. Based on the gravitational force of moon, the high tide and low tides occurs and waves in sea takes place. As soon as the wave is in the direction of machine, the waters enters the machine from inlet channel. Depending on the inward force, it rotates shaft. The enegrgy associated with the wave is turned into the rotational energy with the help of this shaft. As the shaft rotates, it transfers the energy to the turbine as both of them are connected. As per electromagnestim, it helps to generate the electricity. There are inlets for air flows also. Wave-energy machines are can be used at 2 positions. It can be placed in large waves or in small waves. both posotions have their own merits and demerits. When it is placed in large waves, it creates high output as the energy associated with the wave is high. But at the same time, its cost of installation is high. If we talk about the psotion of machine in small waves, it output will be low. As the power or energy of the waves is low, it will not be significant for the the generation of electricity. Cost of installation will be low for small waves. Over all, this machine can be used as per the need and as per the budget of the company.
