The diagram shows proposed changes to Foster Road

The given diagram illustrates the proposal to transform Foster Road that is located between SE 84th and 85th Avenue. Overall, it can clearly be seen that the road is going to have some improvement in terms of safety and comfortness. It will become a much more convenient road for pedestrians and bikers. In terms of the development made for the pedestrians, the lanes for vehicles will be reduced to two lanes, while the other two will be replaced with wider sidewalks on each side of the road. Several trees will also be planted there in order to provide more shade for the walkers. Moreover, there will be a new crossing built at the end of the lower road with a small block in the middle, which makes it safer for people to wait between lanes. Regarding the other transformation, it is aimed for the bikers.
