The diagram Illustrates the process involve in cement production, and how it’s then used to manufacture concrete. Overall, there are two essential materials in order to make cement. Then, it must undergo 4 steps before being bagged. The cement is then mixed in the mixer with 3 other materials with the right proportion in order to construct concrete. In detail, the first stage of cement production is crushing clay and limestone into a coarse, which is then combined in a mixer. This powder is then going through the rotating heater before being ground into cement. The cement is then being bagged and, ready to use. To construct concrete, the cement is added into a large tubule along with the other compositions. Almost half of the tube is filled up with gravel or small stones. Followed by water and cement which fills for a quarter while the remaining 20% gap is filled up by the sands. Finally, after being putted, the machine will spin clock wisely to combine these materials.
