To begin, the pieces of wheat used to make flour are sifted by a sieve into a container. The product that results from it then, is purified by blowing air through it. Following this, the wheat is placed on a flat metal surface where is ground between two rollers which are located above and below. Next chemical substances are added to give the flour its typical white color. In the subsequent stage, the flour is stored in covered containers. Before the flour is packed into individual bags, nutrients are added to make it richer. Finally the bags of flour are transported by roads and delivered to the shops where they are sold.
