The diagram depicts how yoghurt is made during the different stages. Overall, the process consists of 8 stages beginning with the milk and ending up with the yoghurt. At the start, the milk is heated up to 100 degrees celsius then it has been cooled until the milk became slightly warm. Following this, some old yoghurt is thinned with a little cold milk after which the yoghurt and milk are mixed until the mixture is dissolved. The next step is pouring the yoghurt mixture into the pot which is filled with warmed milk to make the mixture stay warm; the pot should be wrapped in towels. Subsequently, the mixture should rest for four hours and finally, yoghurt must be refrigerated.
