In the initial step, water is mixed with milk and mixer poured in a container. Then mixture are coolled at 5°c for 2 hours. In the next step, salt is added in this. After that, it is fermentated by heat for 2 hours at 35° c temperature. subsequently, they are heated at 100° c in 8 hours, during that time water is evaporated through steam hole. Eventually, mixture is cooled for 8 hours at 5°c where it is separated in two forms by filtering. one is soft cheese another is waste water.
