In the beginning, the digger is used to dig and collect the clay from the ground which is then put on the metal grid placed on the roller. As the clay I processed further, usage of sand and water is done, while the clay is passed to the wire cutter. Going on, the brick is put in the mould for the specific shape and size. Next the bricks are put into the drying oven for about 24 to 48 hours. Later on, the dried bricks are sent to the two high temperature kilns having a temperature of 200-980 and 870 to 1300 degrees respectively. The bricks are cooled down in the cooling chamber for the duration of 48-72 hours after which is it ready for packaging. Once the packaging is finished, its o all set to delivery and out for consumption.
