The diagram below show the manufacturing process of fish pies

The diagram illustrates the production line of fish pies manufacturing process. Overall this production process has four main ingrediants, potatoes, salmons, sauce and peas. In the beginning, the process start with potatoes, we clean it with pure water and peel it. Later, we cut it into small pieces and put it into boiling water. When it boiled we keep it to get cold. Once the chilling process done, we kept it in storage. On the other hand, we have fresh selmons. For initial stage, selmon fish marinated with salt and lemon juice and put it in oven for few minutes. After this we remove the skin and bones of the fish and inspect it for quality purpose. For final process, we all put selmon fish, potatoes, sauce and peas into microwaveable container and store it in freezer in order to main certain temperature. Now fish pie is ready to dispatch as per the demand of the consumer.
