The picture shows the equipment and the operation of a simple filter of water. Overall, the water filter comprises a number of steps, beginning with the impure water, through three layers of filter material, and ending with the drinking water. With regard to the construction of the simple filter water, it consists of a pipe that carries untreated water into the filtration system which has three layers of filter material, namely: sand, charcoal, gravel. There is a pipeline of clean water that carries water from the filtered tank to the drinking water storage tank and there is a tap attached at the bottom of the tank, through which the clean drinking water can be taken out for drinking. Turning next to how the filter waterworks, firstly, the impure water is passed through a sand layer to keep large particles of sediment. Next, the water is flowed down the charcoal layer to purify the water and remove the organisms. Finally, the water is passed through the final layer of filter material and the gravel layer is responsible for keeping small deposits. After the water is filtered, it is led through a drinking water storage tank by a pipe.
