It can be easily seen that heating rooms and heating water are the primary purposes of the electricity’s usage. The remaining electricity is allocated for the use of other electronic devices. People in the UK consume between 30, 000 and 45, 000 units of electricity in winter, the figures are nearly double of those in summer. The electricity demand in summer do not exceed 20, 000 units per day, reach the hightest proportion in the noon. By contrast, the electricity requirement actually increases at 9. 00 am and hits a peak of 45, 000 units at 23. 00 pm.
