The maps illustrate the current state of the center of a small town called Islip and the future development plans for the town. As of now the Islip town center has countryside, shops in the both sides of the main roads, housing areas in the south. Also, there is a park in the south-east corner. In addition, a school is residing in the south-west side. Although, the current state of the town includes the important public features, after the development it is going to be much organized. Currently, there are no dual carriageway, bus station, car parking, a pathway for pedestrians. However, these are included for the future development plans. Though the housings are available now, but when the development plans will be executed then the new housing will be available across the park. Overall, there are a lot of future development plans for the Islip town center including in the area of transportation, housing, parking, shopping centers, and a walkway for pedestrians.
