The first pie chart illustrates the reasons behind studying MBA, and the second one describes the requirements of firms to choose any candidate. Overall, it is clear that the largest proportion of students select MBA for personality development, and the most required skills in an organization are previous experience and personality. In terms of better job opportunities, 65% of students want to do an MBA which is the greatest reason while the employers select 25% of students because of their personality; this figure is the same for previous experience. Regarding better job ability is the second most factor witnessed in students, contributed for 15%, whereas previous experience and presentations are the second-largest requirements to employee MBA student, comprised for 20%, for both. With regards to, personal development and ability to help others, these are the least common considerations for MBA students, accounted for 12% and 8% respectively whilst qualifications are the lowest requirement to select a student, with only 10%.
