The pie charts demonstrate three type of nutrients in typical 4 meals in USA with in each meal. Overall, although sodium and fat predominantly in dinner and lunch, sugar primarily appear in snack meals. From the chart, it is clearly to see that breakfast is the meal that American comsume small amount of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar. Both of those have small percentage in breakfast ( about 15%). Secondly, the lunch meal contain a medium level of sodium and fat but less sugar and most of them lower than a quarter of amount of each type of nutrient consumpiton. Thirdly, Snack meal supplys 42% quantity of sugar consumption, nevertheless, it only furnish about 14% sodium and a quarter of sugar usage. Finally, American dinner provide about half percentage of sodium usage and one-third of fat consumption.
