The charts depicts information regarding the the amount of water usage by six different countries in three sectors ( industrial, agricultural and domestic sector). Overall, in four out of six countries agriculture sector had highest consumption of water, whereas, the industrial region consumed large amount of water in the residing two countries.
The agriculture practices had the highest consumption of water in Central Asia with around 88% among the six countries. Meanwhile, Africa and South East Asia stood second and third with more than four-fifth usage of water 84 and 81 percentage. The South America utilized seven out of ten percent of water in agriculture (71%). However, the domestic use of water was highest in South America with just below a fifth (20%), whereas, Africa, South East and Central Asia used less than 10 percent.
The North America and Europe noticed that Industries consumed larger amount of water with two fifth and more than half the percentage (48% and 53%). In the mean time, water for growing crops showed similar range with 39% in North America and 32% in Europe. The domestic use of water was minimum among the two countries that the other two sectors was found to be less than a fifth with 13 and 15 percentage respectively.
