Charts represent a data of various nutrients which an average person consumes in each meal and in snacks. The data is taken from united state of America, which includes meal of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. To begin with, there is three charts which displays the quantity of nutrients which are sodium, saturated fat and added sugar. In the first chart, sodium is consumed 14% in breakfast and snacks while 29% is used in lunch, moreover, maximum amount is consumed in dinner which is 43%. In second chart, 16% of saturated fat is consumed in breakfast while 26% is used in lunch and 21% in snacks, moreover, the usage of highest amount is in dinner which is 37%. In the last chart, 16% of added sugar is consumed in breakfast and 19% is in lunch and 23% is in dinner, moreover, the highest amount of added sugar consumed is 42% in snacks. To conclude, it is given that highest amount of sodium and saturated fat is consumed in dinner while added sugar is in snacks which is 43%, 37% and 42% respectively which is not healthy if eaten too much.
