The Chart represent the summery of the survey about adult education, where in the first chart it' exhibit the reason behind their decision to study and in later the pie chart parade the peoples thinking about how the expenditure of adult education should be shared. It is clear in sight that interest in subject is the most Significant Logic behind study decision. Aspirants decide to study for gain qualification to a particular subject, also in terms of the sharing of educational expenses Individual has the major responsibility to take. Beside that Employers and taxpayers also has influence over expense sharing In the first portion we can see students give more emphasis on the interest in subject and then to gain qualification. In the other hand some decides to study Because of it's helpfulness to their current job which is number 22 percent. Meanwhile another two group of 20% people ascertain to improve prospect of promotion and enjoying their learning. Very rare amount of people about 12% choose to study so that they could be able to change job and around 9% fix to meet people. Looking at the pie chart the number of peoples thinking about how adult education, expenditure should should be shared, 40% of cost should be covered by individual where 35% carried by employer and 25% on taxpayer
