The tables include divisions of the age groups and range of books and library material such as computer software and DVDs. All values are in percentage. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent the digital service has not satisfied the younger and older age groups while the middle-age group is more content. When looking at the breakdown of the tables by age group and highest rates achieved in the survey, the youngest age groups left very positive feedback on the range of books (55%) whereas 52 percent of the youngest age group rated ‘not good’ for non-print materials. This is a bit different for the second age group where they showed their motives and high rate of acquiescence on the non-print material (49%) and they have been satisfied more or less by the range of book-presenting 48 percent of rate on this matter. In contrast with the aforementioned age groups, over forty-year-old participants have been satisfied with the range of the book (50%) however they had no comment on digital services.
