The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words.

The pie charts depicts the results of a questionnaire which was distributed amongst 100 guests of Parkway Hotel in the years 2005 and 2010. The rating was done on five different parameters such as excellence, satisfactory, very poor, good, and poor. The customer service was voted Excellent by just 5% guests in the year 2005 which increased drastically in the year 2010 to 28%. Satisafactory was voted by 45% visitors being the highest in the year 2005. Whereas, the same deacrsead to less than half of 45% in 2010. Very poor got 15% rating in the past which showed improvement as only 4% visitors voted very poor in 2010. Although, good received almost 15% ratings in the year 2005 yet it showed huge improvement and inclined to almost 40% after 5 years. The last parameter poor was 21% and 12% respectively. Overall, it can be seen that in the year 2005 (45%) the highest rating was given to satisafactory. However, in the year 2010 (39%) the maximum votes were for good. On the other hand, minimum customer service rating was 5% and 28% for excellent in both the years.
