The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The charts illustrates the feedback of Parkway Hotel's customer service from 100 customers in the years of 2005 and 2010 with same type of questions. Mainly, customer service feedback were divided into 5 ratings i. e. , Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor and Very poor. In 2005 hotel's feedback from customer's was rated mostly to satisfactory about 45%, but performance of hotel was drastically improved mostly to good rating in 2010 of about 39%. Feedback for Excellent rating was also increased from 5% to 28% in 2005 to 2010 respectively. Rating of very poor had declined of about 11% in 5 years of difference. Poor rating was also fall from 21% in 2005 to 12% in 2010. customer service was improved alot in these span of 5 years from a satisfactory level to good level, most of the customers are happily enjoyed the service of the hotel and gives excellent feedback of about 28%.
