Overall, In the year 2005 a number of customers give rating as satisfactory 45% and very few people rated "Excellent" with 5% that is too low of that year. Similarly, huge number of people give rating as "good" in 2010 and many of them give "Very poor" rating that is 4% compared to 100%. Firstly, In 2005 Parkway Hotel take feedback from there customer numerous of them give "Satisfactory" that is 45% and people gives "Poor" with 21% and 15% is "Very poor" and 14% was give "Good" and last 5% people give "Excellent". Secondly, Number of people in 2010 rated "Good" with 39% and 17% was give "Satisfactory" And 12% of guests was rated "Poor". 28% people give "Excellent" and too less customers was rated as "Very poor" respectively.
