The data is taken from the USA. The first chart represents the average proportion of sodium. Dinner contains the most sodium, which is 43 per cent. Breakfast and snack include an equal percentage of sodium consumed with each of them adding up 14% of sodium. Through eating lunch, 29% sodium is consumed. The second pie chart shows how much saturated fats contained in our typical meal. By eating dinner, 37% saturated fat is consumed which is the biggest part. Lunch contributes to a consumption of 26% of saturated fat. Followed by snacks with 21% and breakfast with 16, surprisingly. The last diagram shows the average percentages of added sugar. Snack contains the highest amount of added sugar which is 42%. A typical dinner includes 23%. Added sugar while lunch and breakfast contains 19 and 16 per cent, respectively.
