The given three pie charts provide information about the proportion of three type of nutrients which can not be healthy if eaten too much in four daily meal. Units are measured in percentages. Overall, it can be clearly seen that residents of the United States eat the largest proportion of sodium and saturated fat at dinner and added sugar is eaten the most at snack. In comparison the lowest consumed of this three type of nutrients is at breakfast. To begin with, nearly a half of sodium is eaten at dinner by Americans, however this nutrient is consumed 14 per cent at breakfast and this rate is equal with snack meal and Saturated fat is also eaten the highest proportion at dinner meal and nearly a quarter of this nutrient is consumed at lunchtime. This nutrient is 16 percent at breakfast and this us equal with added sugar. American people eat nearly a half of sugar at snack. 23 percent of added sugar is eaten at dinner time.
