If they increase these nutrients if their daily intake, it will be unhealthy of their health. Overall, As it observed from chart that they add more sodium and saturated fat while having a dinner; Likewise, they add more sugar on snacks. Initially, the average person in USA added more sodium and saturated fat while having dinner 43 per cent and 37 per cent respectively; Whereas, 42 per cent of sugar added on snacks. They add sodium, saturated fat and sugar their breakfast 14%, 16% and 16% respectively. Secondly, sodium and saturated fat accounted for 14 % and 21% respectively in snacks and sugar contributed 23% of their dinner.
