There are two pictures illustrate the budget management. First, bar chart show the financial aid divided between three sectors, catering, medicine and finance. Another table informs us money spent in four different countries with data covers time period from 1974 to 2014. Compared to financial supported from bar chart, 1974 was higher than 2014 in all sectors. Especially, a significant gap been saw in catering which had aid around 70 million in 1974, however, 15 million in 2014. In 1974 financial aid reach the peak in medicine with 80, after 40 years the highest funds turn into finance field, 65 million. On the other hand, South Africa spent largest money in two different year, 65 million and 42 million, respectively. It is clearly that aggressive of spent in 1974 are more than 2014, which is same as financial aid. Furthermore, China had obviously drop, 62 million to 6 million in the period. Indonesia and Thailand had similarly pattern, but Indonesia was 10 million more than Thailand in both 1974 ang 2014.
