The charts below illustrate what % of their everyday intake of different nutrients such as sodium, saturated fat and sugar. Most people in the USA consume each food and snack. These nutrients might be harmful if overeat. Overall, it can be observed that saturated fat and sodium, is mostly consumed at dinner. While added sugar consumes in the morning. Firstly, it is noticed that a large number of people intake sodium at night which is nearly half(43%). While a few people are consuming sodium at breakfast and snacks, it is 14%. By looking at the graph, it is seen that from morning to night the percentage of sodium intake is increasing(14%, 14%, 29%, 43%). Secondly, it is seen that saturated fat is mostly intakes at night time (37%). While 16% of people are consuming at morning time. A quarter(26%) of people consume lunch. Lastly, Maximum people are consume added sugar in the snacks(42%). While the trend is opposite to saturated fat and sodium mostly people consume at dinner time. People consume the same intake the morning for sugar and saturated fat that is 14%.
