Overall, the percentage of unemployed individuals in the urban areas increased throughout the year. Conversely, unemployment in rural areas rapidly decreased in the second quarter, with a slight fluctuation during the next quarter and eventually stabilized until the end of the year. Unemployment in rural areas appear to decline during the year, while it continued to become a problem in the urban areas.
