The chart displays the consumption of nutrients like sodium, saturated fat and sugar on average in the USA. It is clear that in both sodium and saturated fat, the majority of the meal is dinner. By contrast, breakfast has the fewest percentage in the 3 categories. And, breakfast and dinner have the same figure in sodium as was breakfast and lunch in saturated fat and added sugar respectively. Looking at the information in more detail, we can see that dinner has 43% and 37% in consuming sodium and saturated fat respectively. But, the majority of sugar is being taken over by snacks with 42% and dinner had 23% in the consumption of sugar. lunch was made up the second-largest proportion of the consumption of the nutrients, such as sodium and saturated fat, at which nearly 30% and just more than two out of ten. While snacks and breakfast have the same consumption of sodium at 14%. Besides, the figure for breakfast is exactly the same in the area of saturated fat and added sugar of 16%, also, lunch has relatively the same as breakfast in added sugar which is 19%.
