While going abroad to learn English is the second choice for people in country A and B with the proportion standing at 25% and 20%, it was totally absent in country C. In addition, online class accounted for just under 10% in all three countries.
Five years later, online learning witnessed the growth in all three reported regions, particularly in the country C, its share was four time higher than that in 2010, from 8% to 32%. Notably, the increase of online course took over the share of offline course. Meanwhile, learning abroad remained persistant overtime.
