In 2000, Germany started at well under 35%, which is the highest in that year, and remained constant until 2004 before increasing to well above 35%, which is the second highest in that year. The percentage of the female members in European perliament of Italy and France were the almost same at the beginning, but the figure of the Italy increased sharply to well under 40% in 2012, which was the highest. The contribution of France's female members increased gradually from 25% to 30% between 2000 and 2012.
Belgium and the UK started at almost 3% and about 17% correspondingly in the year 2000. The contribution for Belgium increased sharply and accounted for 20%, which was same that of The Uk in 2012.
